Pelouze is a physician and resident in cardiovascular surgery at the Geneva University Hospitals (HUG), Switzerland, and serves as the President of Nuvia Nutrition. With a medical degree from Semmelweis University in Budapest and extensive international training in advanced surgical and medical disciplines, he brings together clinical precision, scientific insight, and a strong commitment to preventive and nutritional health. Throughout his medical practice, Dr. Pelouze has observed how metabolic dysfunction profoundly affects cardiovascular and overall health. Seeing daily patients who would benefit from metabolic and nutritional support has strengthened his conviction that modern medicine must evolve to integrate evidence-based nutrition into routine clinical care. Long before the widespread recognition of the global metabolic epidemic, Dr. Pelouze was deeply engaged in the study of nutrition and ancestral health. As an early participant in the Ancestral Health Symposium in Los Angeles in 2011, he explored how evolutionary insights could inform modern metabolic medicine, anticipating many of today’s public health challenges. As President of Nuvia Nutrition, Dr. Pelouze leads a multidisciplinary team dedicated to updating clinical nutrition—helping healthy individuals maintain wellness and supporting patients in regaining metabolic balance. His work bridges clinical medicine, nutritional science, and innovation, aiming to redefine how modern healthcare approaches prevention and vitality.

As the founder of Deep Sense – CARE 360, he supports expatriates, executives, and families in navigating stress, burnout, and cultural adaptation through a holistic approach that integrates mental health awareness, emotional resilience, and practical workplace strategies. Before establishing his coaching practice, Aphy spent over 15 years in corporate environments, including eight years at Amazon Luxembourg, where he worked as a tax specialist and elected employee representative. In the latter capacity, he supported staff and management through complex interpersonal, legal, and mental health issues - an experience that shaped his mission to bridge human care and professional performance.
