âž¡ Act respectfully and responsibly toward other members, partners, and communities connected to Nuvia.

âž¡ Keep confidential information private, particularly when participating in internal discussions, projects, or sensitive matters.
​
âž¡ Contribute positively to Nuvia’s work - whether through active participation, respectful dialogue, volunteering, or simply staying informed and engaged.
​
âž¡ Comply with the statutes and decisions of the general assembly and board, and stay informed about important communications.

This agreement reflects shared values and expectations within the Nuvia Association and does not constitute a legal contract. All memberships are subject to the association’s statutes and internal decisions.

Cancellation:

Members may cancel their membership at any time by contacting us through the designated form or email found on their membership page on the website. Cancellations will take effect immediately upon confirmation.
​
Please note that all membership fees are non-refundable, regardless of when cancellation occurs. This policy allows us to allocate resources efficiently in support of our ongoing programs and mission-driven work.
